Content Provision: You agree to provide all necessary text, images, and branding assets required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will extend the project timeline.
Access Credentials: You may need to provide access to your domain registrar or hosting account. We handle this data with strict confidentiality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Final Review: Once the website is completed, you will have [e.g., 7 or 14] days to review the site and request revisions before the final balance is due and the site goes live.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before any development work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the transfer of ownership or the launching of the website.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension of development services or the temporary removal of a live website.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all text, images, and brand assets you provide to us. You warrant that you have the right to use these materials.
Our Code and Design: Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the finished website's custom design and code is transferred to you.
Developer Credit: We reserve the right to display the completed project in our professional record and portfolio (or "body of work") as a case study, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Post-Launch Maintenance: Unless you purchase an ongoing maintenance package, we are not responsible for updating your website, fixing technical bugs, or renewing third-party subscriptions after the site is launched.
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for changes, downtime, or pricing updates made by third-party services used on your site, such as domain providers, website hosts, or external plugins.
Important Disclaimer: We make every effort to build secure, functional, and optimized websites. However, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, search engine rankings, or continuous 100% uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyshamWebStudios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or revenue) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the completed website or our services.
Either party may terminate the development agreement at any time by providing written notice.
If you terminate the project before completion, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to cancel the agreement if you breach these terms or fail to communicate for more than 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of that region.
