We provide custom website design, development, SEO Optimisation, Modern Website Rebranding, and Monthly On Demand Updates for existing Customers.
The Project Brief: The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing via a separate project proposal or invoice.
Scope Creep:
Any requests for additional features, pages, or changes made after
the project has been approved may be subject to additional fees.
Detail of Service: Heysham Web Studios also known as Dane and Blake will maintain ownership of website throughout the process of creating the website, and after publish of website to ensure that service fees are not unpaid.
Standard Website Design Package: A brand new single page website, SEO Optimised Headers, Schema code, Addition of Google Analytics Code upon request, links to social media. Only a landing page detailing a summery of your businesses'/ induvial, service, location social page links. Any addition request for addition pages detailing for example a portfolio is classified as the premium package which is subject to addition fees detailed in the "Payment Terms and Fees" section of the terms of service.
Monthly On Demand Service: A monthly fee for an unlimited email based contact for updating website; aspects colours, aspect shapes, images, text, links, font colours, font sizes, fonts. Under no circumstances is any of the detailed in the Standard Website Design Package included in this service, If you do want any detailed services in the Standard Website Design Package included after a Website has already been completed and gone live, then additional fee will apply.
Modern Website Rebranding: We will create a new website for an existing domain and take the same features present in your current website, repair outdated features, and give your website a more modern format, colour scheme, icons, images, language. Depending if you continue to want to work with us to provide the hosting or if you want to host it with a third party, monthly on demand services may or may not apply.
SEO Optimisation: Addition of Schema code, Google Analytics, Header re-wording optimised for your target customer.
Standard Website Design Package Premium: Addition pages with a flat rate per page. Higher Priority for maintenance request.
Additional After Purchase Services: For a fee extra service will be added to your site.
To deliver your project efficiently, we require active collaboration from you.
Content Provision: You agree to provide all necessary text, images, and branding assets required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will extend the project timeline.
Access Credentials: You may need to provide access to your domain registrar or hosting account. We handle this data with strict confidentiality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Final Review: Once the website is completed, you will have [e.g., 7 or 14] days to review the site and request revisions before the final balance is due and the site goes live.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of
25%
is required before any development work begins for all services creating new websites.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the transfer of ownership or the launching of the website.
Late Payments:
Late payments may result in the suspension of development services
or the temporary removal of a live website.
Standard pricing:
Standard Website Design Package: For a brand new website covering the design, the coding, and labour. the standard package is £500.
Monthly hosting and on-demand maintenance: £50 monthly.
Modern Rebranding: If you choose to continue working with us: £650 with a the Monthly hosting and on-demand maintenance fee, If you choose to not continue working with us: £750 flat fee with additional £100 per page.
SEO Optimisation: £250 flat fee, £50 per additional page.
Standard Website Design Package Premium: Standard Package with a £100 fee per page, priority maintenance only applicable if you purchase at least 1 additional page.
Additional After Purchase Services: Discounted fee of £50 per addition service.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all text, images, and brand assets you provide to us. You warrant that you have the right to use these materials.
Our Code and Design: Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the finished website's custom design and code is transferred to you.
Developer Credit: We reserve the right to display the completed project in our professional record and portfolio (or "body of work") as a case study, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Post-Launch Maintenance: Unless you purchase an ongoing maintenance package, we are not responsible for updating your website on demand, fixing technical bugs, or renewing third-party subscriptions after the site is launched.
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for changes, downtime, or pricing updates made by third-party services used on your site, such as domain providers, website hosts, or external plugins.
Important Disclaimer: We make every effort to build secure, functional, and optimized websites. However, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, search engine rankings, or continuous 100% uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyshamWebStudios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or revenue) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the completed website or our services.
Either party may terminate the development agreement at any time by providing written notice.
If you terminate the project before completion, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to cancel the agreement if you breach these terms or fail to communicate for more than 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of that region.
